- Process Link designs, programs, commissions and supports PLC and SCADA control systems for dairy processing, manufacturing and materials handling. It also develops software for plant operations, including the Scribe historian, now in pilot.
- Which PLC and SCADA platforms do you work with?
- PLC: Allen-Bradley (including ControlLogix), Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, Schneider, Omron and Mitsubishi. SCADA: Ignition and FactoryTalk.
- Do you work on chromatography and dairy plants?
- Yes. We've worked on the process control for multiple lactoferrin plants, covering the chromatography columns, buffer make-up and clean-in-place (CIP). Millions of litres of milk a day are processed at dairy plants we've worked on.
- Can you work to our site's coding standards?
- Yes. Code follows the customer's own standards and naming, so the site's engineers can maintain it.
