Process Link provides industrial data and operations software, including the Process Link Portal, Connect, Shift Link, Dossier, Files, and Helpdesk products. Specific terms for each service may be provided in separate agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Process Link and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Process Link from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
