Lactoferrin is a protein found in milk in small amounts, used in infant formula and nutritional products. It is recovered by chromatography: resin columns hold the lactoferrin while the rest of the feed passes through.

Each column cycles through load, wash, elute and clean, with every step run to recipe.

A pallet line moves a steady stream of heavy loads from infeed to outfeed: along conveyors and across transfers, through stackers and destackers, past inspection, sorting and repair, and on to wrapping, labelling and palletising. Each hand-off has to happen in the right order, or the line backs up.

We've worked on new line builds, upgrades and retrofits of existing lines, and ongoing support for lines in operation, across multiple sites.
